Lahore | Riaz Hussain ReNews Pakistan Adam Jee Estate Sales Manager Sarfraz Naveed Chaudhry has said that stability in the DHA Lahore property market and continued buyer confidence have kept plot prices from declining. Speaking to ReNews Pakistan about Lahore’s real estate market, Chaudhry said political stability would significantly strengthen investor confidence and improve the sector’s prospects. “If those in power bring political stability to the country, investor confidence in the real estate sector will rise considerably,” he said. Chaudhry said genuine buyers remained active in DHA Lahore. However, he expressed concern over conditions in DHA Quetta and urged the government to adopt a concrete strategy to address the situation. He added that reductions in taxes had also helped support property prices in Lahore, arguing that the market could otherwise have suffered a sharp downturn.
